is established to distribute the update information of APB home-page
(http://www.comsoc.org/~apb/).

This mailing list has been established based on the list of email addresses
of the attendees of several past apb meetings (Globecom 2003, ICC 2004,
Globecom 2004, ICC 2005), which was compiled by Prof. Yamazato.

The web update information is going to be announced monthly on this mailing
list by Dr.Kohei Shiomoto, Vice Chair of Information Services.
