The 8th International Conference on Advanced Communication Technology
(ICACT2006) will be held on February 20 ~ 22, 2006, in Phoenix Park,
Gangwon-Do, Republic of Korea. ICACT is an IEEE-sponsored annual
conference providing an open forum for researchers, engineers, policy
makers, network planners, and service providers in telecommunications.
Extensive exchange of information will be provided on newly emerging
systems, standards, regulations, services, and variety of applications
in the area of telecommunications.

PAPER SUBMISSION
Authors are invited to submit a 1000-word (2 or 3 pages) extended
abstract, summarizing an original work finalized or in progress,
directly to ICACT 2006 website. All the manuscripts must be written in
English, but can be prepared in free style. All submitted extended
abstracts will be reviewed by the technical program committee. For the
review, the extended abstracts in MS-WORD or PDF file should be
submitted to the ICACT 2006 conference website (http://www.icact.org),
filling the every item and uploading the respective extended abstract.
After you win the acceptance notification, you will prepare the final
camera-ready manuscript of maximum six(6) IEEE double-column formatted
pages, the Copyright Transfer Agreement, and the Speaker's Biography
together.
