IEEE Asia Pacific Board (APB) Technical Affair Committee (TAC) is making
a database of members who can support technical activities in Asia
Pacific region, such as organization of conference sessions and review
of technical papers. The members in the database may be contacted as
technical specialists in the AP activities. I think his (her) technical
volunteer has a good visibility to start IEEE social activities. Note
that the IEEE APB technical specialist database is limited to use of the
AP technical activities.
