PAST DISTINGUISHED LECTURERS SERVICES
(Continuation after term-of-service in DL program has terminated)

At the BoG Management Retreat in 2008, Board officers concluded that, since participation in the Distinguished Lecturers Program is limited to a two-year term (with a possible one-year extension), ComSoc should encourage speakers whose terms have expired to continue giving lectures in conjunction with business trips or events bringing  them to a given area.  And, although the Communications Society will no longer support their travel, the chapters may still wish to take care of local accommodations.
