Minutes of EntNet@SuperComm-2002 Conference Call

The participants were
Dan (IEC), and
Shri, Masayoshi, Pradeep, Gabe, Lundy, Samir, Rick, Tom, and Bhumip (ComSoc)
We reviewed the time line, conf. format, panel, tutorial, registration, conf. call costs etc, issue.
Action Items
- Gabe will work on panel format, specific topics, no. of panels, etc. issues
- Shri will find out
- who are eligible for free registration (tutorial presenters, panel speakers, organizers, ...)
- how to reimburse for conf calls/bridge costs, etc.
- Lundy will finalize tutorial topics, presenters, etc. (Have we decided on the honorarium per half day tutorial??)
- Web site: Dan will maintain contents from IEC site, and ComSoc will only provide link to that site. Tom will work with Gayle on maintaining info. at http//www.comsoc.org/entnet/ site.
- Bhumip will maintain info/link at http//www.comsoc.org/~entnet/conferences.htm
- Dan will let Tom/Gayle and Bhumip know the site links once they are up and running ..
- Issues re. publishing the CFP in IEEE and other magazines need to be resolved -- Shri, Gabe, Masayoshi, any comments?
- Next conf calls are on Jan.24/02, Feb.21/02, March 21/02 and during ICC-02 in June (NY, USA), all at 5 pm EST.
- Shri will work with Boris to set up the bridge (one
with less echo would be preferred!) for these calls
