• Banquet on Tuesday, 11 June, 7:00pm-10:00pm

Complimentary Board & Committee Member Registration is available for IEEE members who will be attending ONLY the ComSoc Board or Committee Meetings that are being held at IEEE ICC 2013.

Board and Committee Meeting Only Registration

Complimentary Board and Committee Member Registration is available for IEEE members who will be attending only the ComSoc Board or Committee Meetings.  Please use the registration link created specifically for the Board and Committee Only Registration.  You must register here.

All committee meetings will be held at the Sofitel Budapest Hotel at Széchenyi István tér 2, 1051 Budapest,  Hungary.

The Marriott Hotel will be the conference headquarter. It will host the registration area, the exhibition, technical sessions, workshops and tutorials.
The Hotel InterContinental will host the plenary talks, symposia sessions, workshops and tutorials.
To reach this venue from the Marriott, just  a 5 minutes walk on the river banks.

The IEEE Communications Society has a contractual obligation to fill a guaranteed block of rooms at the. Significant financial penalties will be assessed should IEEE ICC 2013 fall short of the expected number of guest rooms’ attendee. By staying at the conference hotel, you will enjoy the convenience of residing at the conference venue and to a far greater extent provide valued assistance in support of IEEE ComSoc's financial obligations.
