Among them is Vinton Cerf, the celebrated computer scientist most commonly known as one of "fathers of the Internet,” who will not only deliver the conference’s opening keynote address, but also participate in several panel discussions exploring the expansion of the latest IPv6, smart grid and cloud computing protocols and applications.
