They did it again! This time - ComSoc Android App

POSTECH Students Develop Android App for ComSoc

Prof. James Won-Ki Hong and his students Yoonseon Han and Yeongrak Choi from Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH), Korea developed and provided an Android application for ComSoc members and non-members with an Android-based smart device such as the Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Tab.

The ComSoc App for Android devices was developed as part of a term project for a graduate course called, “Smartphonomics: Convergence using Smart Phones and Devices” in the Division of IT Convergence Engineering (http://itce.postech.ac.kr), POSTECH, Korea.

The App can be downloaded from the Android Market by searching for the keyword "ComSoc" for free. It should also work for other Android phones. 

This is after they developed and released the same ComSoc App for iPhone users earlier this year. You can visit the iTunes for more info on the iPhone ComSoc App.

So what's next coming out of their sleeves? Here's the clue - the team has revealed to ComSoc volunteers and staff that they planned to develop an app for IEEE Technology News.
