To hold a board or committee meeting at IEEE GLOBECOM 2008, please complete the
Board & Committee Meeting Request Form 
The meeting schedule will be posted here in early October.  

Meeting rooms are available Sunday 30 November - Thursday 4 December 2008 
To assist in your planning here are the times of some of the major meetings and key conference events.

Please note that meetings are not to be scheduled during the following times in order to allow all attendees an opportunity to attend.

Monday during the Plenary Session: 8:00 – 9:30 
Monday during the Awards Luncheon – 12:00 – 13:50 
Monday during the Welcome Reception/EXPO Opening 19:00- 21:30

IEEE members who will be attending ONLY the ComSoc Board or Committee
 Meetings that are being held at IEEE GLOBECOM 2008
