Event Sponsorship

The IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc) welcomes
event sponsorship opportunities.
Our process for evaluating technical and financial
sponsorship requests is as follows:

• Organizers for the event initiate the process by e-mailing a completed Conference Sponsorship Application Form [word | pdf] to the ComSoc e-mail address designated on the form.
  
  
• ComSoc evaluates the proposal and notifies event management of acceptance or rejection.
  
  
• Upon acceptance, the event will be added to the ComSoc portfolio of events and supported accordingly.  When a non-IEEE or non-Sister Society financially sponsored event is accepted for ComSoc technical co-sponsorship, a general administrative fee of $350 is due upon approval.
  
  
• Approval of an event is for that event in that year only.  A new application must be submitted for approval for each event even if it is a continuation (e.g., in a series) of a previously-approved event.
  
  
• NOTE:  No event may claim IEEE or ComSoc sponsorship, nor use IEEE or ComSoc logos, until ComSoc staff has granted application approval.
