IEEE Communications Society will hold the 2nd IEEE Wireless Communications and Networking Conference (WCNC) in Chicago, IL 23-28 September 2000 at The Fairmont Hotel in Grant Park. WCNC 2000 is held in conjunction with PCIA's GLOBALXCHANGE, 26-29 September 2000.
