IEEE Global Communications Conference
The IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) is one of the IEEE Communications Society’s two flagship conferences dedicated to driving innovation in nearly every aspect of communications. Each year, more than 2,900 scientific researchers and their management submit proposals for program sessions to be held at the annual conference. After extensive peer review, the best of the proposals are selected for the conference program, which includes technical papers, tutorials, workshops and industry sessions designed specifically to advance technologies, systems and infrastructure that are continuing to reshape the world and provide all users with access to an unprecedented spectrum of high-speed, seamless and cost-effective global telecommunications services.

IEEE International Conference on Communications

IEEE International Conference on Cloud Networking
Cloud computing has emerged as a promising direction for cost-efficient and reliable service delivery across data communication networks. The dynamic location of service facilities and the virtualization of hardware and software elements are stressing the communication network and protocols, especially when datacenters are interconnected through the Internet. Although the "computing" aspects of Cloud technologies have been largely investigated, lower attention has been devoted to the "networking" and communications aspects. The IEEE International Conference on Cloud Networking (IEEE CloudNet) precisely addresses these aspects.

IEEE Conference on Network Softwarization
IEEE NetSoft addresses the challenges raised by the overall transformation trend, which is deeply impacting and bridging Telecom and IT industries, currently considered by Software-Defined Networks (SDN), Network Function Virtualization (NFV), and Software-Defined Clouds. This trend is also transforming several other Industries, in using "softwarization" to optimize costs and processes and in bringing new values in infrastructures. IEEE Conference on Network Function Virtualization and Software Defined Networks
Network Functions Virtualization (NFV) and Software Defined Networks (SDN) enable rapid networks and services innovation for all participants in the ecosystem. Decoupling network functions from the underlying physical infrastructure using virtualization technologies enables Service innovation. SDN allows programmability of the NFV infrastructure to support the deployment of new network functions in a variety of environments including campus & enterprise networks, data centers, telecommunications networks providers, ISPs, cloud providers and over-the-top (OTT) applications & services providers. NFV enables network capacity and functionality to be decoupled, allowing network functions to be dynamically deployed whenever they are required and wherever they can be hosted.

IEEE LATINCOM is an international conference organized by the IEEE ComSoc Latin America Region. It is held annually and attracts submissions and participants from all around the world. It covers the scope of all IEEE ComSoc Technical Committees and has a broad technical program that includes renowned keynote speakers and comprehensive tutorials presenting the state of the art in communications. Its prime target is to provide a platform for researchers and practitioners in Latin America to share R&D results, to meet and to network.
