The year started very slow, with some Executive Committee members working with SouthEastCon 2003 Committee.  As a result, they requested time to honour their commitment. This conference is Region 3's premier event and it was held in Ocho Rios, Jamaica in April. Notwithstanding this, ComSoc was successful in staging many events.
