ComSoc educational programs provide our members with the
skills and knowledge required to advance both technology and
their careers. We engage ComSoc members at chapter
meetings, conferences, in the workplace and on-line. We
support, complement and collaborate with ComSoc’s
membership development, conference development and industry relations programs.

New Educational Initiatives - 2012

Formation of a Tutorials Working Group to oversee both conference and web-based tutorials

Working Group on Telecommunications Eng. Education in the U.S.

Mission: Work with IEEE EAB and ABET to promote the establishment of telecommunications as a distinct engineering discipline at U.S. universities.
