Wireless Communications
is designed for individuals working in the communications
and networking communities. It covers technical and policy
issues relating to personalized, location-independent communications
in all media (and combinations of media), and at all protocol
layers. Both wired and wireless communications will be covered
as well as computing, the mobility of people, communicating
devices, and personal services. Each issue of this interdisciplinary
