3.6 Fiscal Control & Audits - approved 12/5/90 -
The Executive Director maintains fiscal control and audits for all publications, conferences and other Communications Society projects where the Society may be at financial risk. This is to include, but not be limited to, overseeing publication page budgets and signatory requirements for all contracts with financial obligations for the Communications Society.
