Candidate's Statement

Communications technology is the crucial base for human society's safety and security, and ComSoc's responsibility is becoming even greater. As a member from industry, I recognize that the Communications Society's important mission is to establish and bridge the technology value chain between industry and academia. If elected, I will encourage industry members to participate and contribute to ComSoc conferences and journals more actively, committing to their growing needs. As a member from the Asia-Pacific Region, I will represent and communicate evolving needs of the Region by bridging more effectively between the international ComSoc board and regional IEEE chapters and sister societies.
