16th SoftCOM 2008 Conference (Split-Dubrovnik, Sept. 25-27) has featured two keynote and five invited talks. JCOMSS journal
is quarterly journal published by CCIS, Croatia, the sister society
with ComSoc. JCOMSS journal is endorsed by TCCS since 2005, and
is technically co-sponsored by ComSoc since 2007.
