Background information about the course and how it relates to the exam:

This course does not teach the exam. ComSoc Training does not offer any courses that teach the exam. The WCET Certification Exam is vendor-neutral and trans-national in scope. It covers seven key areas in wireless that practitioners working in the field should be proficient in including: RF Engineering, Propagation, and Antennas; Wireless Access Technologies; Network and Service Architecture; Network Management and Security; Facilities Infrastructure; Agreements, Standards, Policies, and Regulations; and Fundamental Knowledge. Review the exam specifications for a clear and conscise understanding of the breadth and depth of what is covered on this exam.

The 5-day course covers all seven areas tested on the exam. The Wireless Engineering Body of Knowledge (WEBOK) which is part of the course materials for this course also provides additional resources at the end of each chapter which address all seven areas covered on the exam. The WEBOK is an essential study aid in preparing for the exam.

Print copy of the instructors' PowerPoint slides; Access to the streaming video recroding of the course content for 7 days after the live instruction; a copy of the Wireless Engineering Body of Knowledge (WEBOK) and the Best of the Best; and a free practice exam to help you prepare for the exam.

Clarification on Course Materials and Delivery.

A copy of the instructor's PowerPoint slide presentation is provided via post to all online course registrants. For in-person courses the handout is distributed on site. The handout is provided as a courtesy and is made available for the course participants future reference. For registrants who purchase a seat in a course less than 7 business days prior to the course being taught, there is no guarantee that the course materials will arrive by the date the course is taught online. Having a copy of the slides in hand does not preclude a registrants ability to participate in the live teaching of the course or their ability to review the recorded session.
