Ascalade Communications Inc. designs and manufactures wireless communications products for branded distributors and telecommunications
companies. The Company's current products include digital cordless phones, VoIP phones, digital wireless conference phones and digital
wireless baby monitors. The Company is vertically integrated with design, manufacturing and distribution locations in Richmond, British
Columbia (Canada, head office), Dongguan (China), Hong Kong (China) and London (United Kingdom).

Tonight’s presentation will cover a brief history and overview of Ascalade, a review of some of its key milestones and future technological endeavors, as well as an exploration into two product segments in which Ascalade has displayed leadership and innovation in the marketplace:

VoIM - With over 100 million current users, and approximately 2 million new users signing on every week, Skype, along with the rest of the VoIM industry, is quickly evolving and showing no signs of slowing down. With the successful design, development and commercial launch of the Skype embedded “PC-Free” phones, see how Ascalade is becoming one of the leading innovators in the fast-growing VoIP industry.

Wireless Conference Phones - Late in 2005, Ascalade introduced the next-generation “Dual-Pod” wireless enterprise conferencing phone which
enables two wireless conference phones to be used simultaneously in one boardroom. Named “Most Promising Pre-Commercial Technology” by the BCTIA, the “Dual-Pod” is the result of Ascalade’s innovation at work.
