included in the free registration.  All members of the local technical
community are encouraged to attend, but please register ASAP.

Our keynote speaker, James Maynard, will bring us up to date on
developments at the Wavefront Accelerator Centre.  Created with support
from WINBC and the Premier's Technology Council, Wavefront will play a
key role in providing technical, business and marketing support to
wireless SMEs in BC.

During the technical sessions, researchers from UBC and industry leaders
from Bell Canada, BC Hydro, Sierra Wireless, TELUS, Kensington Products
and elsewhere will share their insights and perspectives on various next
generation communication systems that are in development or nearing
deployment.
