2023 Member-at-Large - Latin America/North America Region Candidate
ComSoc plays a crucial role advancing communication technologies. I have been actively involved in ComSoc, serving as the director of the Industry Outreach Board, general co-chair of 2023 PIMRC, vice general chair of WCNC 2022, organizing various workshops and panels in IEEE flagship conferences. I have also served as a guest editor for several special journal issues. I benefit greatly from ComSoc, and are keen to volunteer my experience and time to make ComSoc even more valuable for both Academia and Industry. If elected as the Member-at-Large, I will work together with you to:
- Continue promoting the membership in Industry. Encouraging more active involvement of industries to bridge the gap between Academia researches and industry applications.
- Promoting more programs to help young professionals to seek career development opportunities in industry.
- Ensure ComSoc is an inclusive and balanced community in terms of gender, race, region, and profession.
