Marketing Team Services
The Marketing Team provides creatives promoting IEEE ComSoc sponsored and co-sponsored conferences and events.
ICT Team Services
The ICT Team sets up websites for IEEE ComSoc sponsored and co-sponsored conferences and events, as well as IEEE ComSoc Chapters and Technical Committees.
Conference Website Process Workflow
- Conference Application
Before the conference website can be requested, the conference application must first be submitted by the conference organizers.*
- Conference Website Request
The Conference Planner requests a conference website to be built by the ICT team.
- Website Built
ICT staff sets up and configures the website.
- Website Content Added
Content is added by either a volunteer webmaster or ICT webmaster.
- Website Reviewed by the Conference Chair
The Conference Chair reviews the website and notifies the Web Chair or volunteer webmaster to initiate the go live request.
- Website Reviewed by IEEE ComSoc Marketing
The Marketing Manager reviews the website to ensure that it meets all of the necessary requirements and approves the website to go live.
- Website Goes Live
ICT staff makes the website live.
