Wei Quan (Senior Member, IEEE) received the Ph.D. degree in communication and information system from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), Beijing, China, in 2014. He is currently a Full Professor with the School of Electronic and Information Engineering, Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU), Beijing, China. His research interests focus on reliable transmission in mobile networks, vehicular networks and Industrial IoT. Dr. Quan is an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Peer-to-Peer Networking and Applications, Journal of Internet Technology, and IEEE Access. He is a winner of 2022 IEEE ComSoc Asia-Pacific Outstanding Young Researcher Award and a winner of National Excellent Youth (Youqing) Natural Science Foundation of China.
