IEEE VCC 2023 - IEEE Virtual Conference on Communications - Even if most of the restrictions due to the pandemic are lifted by now, there are still many researchers and students who cannot travel to traditional conferences, because of visa issues, travel problems, or financial difficulties. Therefore, the IEEE Communications Society decided to launch a new, fully virtual conference series, titled IEEE Virtual Conference on Communications (IEEE VCC), gathering researchers from academia and industry who are unable to travel but wish to present their recent scientific results and engage in conducive interactive discussions with fellow researchers working in their fields.
